These terms apply to games and apps made by Novvot Labs LLC, including Shiftgram. By downloading or using them, you agree to these terms and to the terms of the store you got them from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our products on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute them.

In-app purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. Virtual items have no cash value and can't be exchanged outside the app.

Fair play

In Leagues and other shared features, please choose a respectful display name and don't cheat or exploit bugs. We may reset scores or remove names that break these rules.

Availability

We work hard to keep our products running and updated, but features may change and online parts may occasionally be unavailable. Products are provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Novvot Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
