Privacy Policy

Novvot Labs LLC ("Novvot Labs", "we") makes games and apps, including Shiftgram. This policy explains what data our products collect, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Game progress, such as levels completed and settings. This is stored on your device.
• Leaderboard data, if you take part in Leagues: a randomly generated player ID, the display name you choose, and your scores. [CONFIRM: stored with Google Firebase.]
• Usage analytics: anonymous events such as "level started" or "level completed", device type and app version, used to fix bugs and balance difficulty. [CONFIRM: analytics provider.]
• Crash reports: technical details about a crash, with no personal content. [CONFIRM: crash reporting provider.]
• Purchases: if you buy something in an app, Apple or Google handles the payment. We receive a receipt to unlock the item, never your card details.
• Email: only if you write to us. We use it to reply.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or share it for cross-app advertising.
• We don't ask for your name, contacts, photos or location.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers to run our products: [LIST PROVIDERS, e.g. Google Firebase, Unity]. They process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Leaderboard data is kept while you play and deleted [N] months after your last activity. Analytics are kept in aggregate for up to [N] months. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete any data linked to your player ID by emailing privacy@novvot.com. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, and we honour them for everyone.

Children

Our products are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
